What this service is

Dumpster Rental of Chattanooga is a free referral service. We connect people who need a dumpster with an independent local hauler who can provide one. We are not the hauler: we do not own containers or trucks, do not perform delivery, pickup, or disposal, and are not a party to any agreement you reach with a contractor. The contractor you're connected with is an independent business, not our employee, agent, or partner.

Licensing — the honest facts for Tennessee

Tennessee does not issue a state license specific to dumpster rental or waste hauling businesses. Because no such license exists, we make no licensing claims about any contractor, and neither should anyone else in this market — a "licensed dumpster company" claim in Tennessee is marketing, not a credential. What you can verify:

• Insurance — the checkable credential in this trade. Any legitimate hauler will provide a certificate of insurance on request, directly from them. Ask for it if placement or property damage is a concern.
• Local permits — where a dumpster sits on a public street or right-of-way, the City of Chattanooga (and each metro municipality) requires a placement permit. Ask the hauler whether they pull it or you do.
• Disposal practices — reputable haulers use licensed transfer stations and landfills. If it matters to you, ask where your debris goes; a straight answer is a good sign.

This is a per-request consent, not a marketing subscription — see the privacy policy for how your information is used and how to opt out.

Call recording

Calls to our tracking number may be recorded, with notice at the start of the call, for quality and verification purposes.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is." We work to connect you with a capable, insured contractor, but we make no warranty about any contractor's work, pricing, schedule, or conduct, and no warranty that the site is error-free. Pricing on this site reflects typical local market ranges and is informational; the price that binds is the one quoted for your specific job.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the site or the referral service is limited to $100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including any arising from the acts or omissions of an independent contractor.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no scraping for resale, no fraudulent quote requests, no interference with the site's operation, no unlawful use of any information published here (including directory listings).

Changes

Updated terms appear on this page with a revised date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
